One Minute Meditation: Relaxing Piano With Mandala

For this meditation I’ve chosen Revelation 22:7.

Read the passage and think about what it means. Pray. Ask the holy spirit.

This video contains relaxing piano with a mandala coloring timelapse. Meditation will help you ground yourself and is frequently mentioned in the Bible. As long as you include Jesus meditation is in no way dangerous. I hope you enjoy this video and gain some inspiration and spiritual wisdom from the Lord!

How To Increase Length While Preventing Hair Loss

Ever wondered how to stop all that hair from falling out?

A simple at-home hair mist with essential oils that are key to hair growth and restoration is the answer! This mist has no carrier oil and therefore is safe to use on dry hair without creating an oily effect. Use every day before brushing your hair and notice an immediate difference in texture and experience the uplifting scent of lemongrass, lavender, and rosemary.

  • The first thing you’ll need is some rose water. You can learn how to make some here.

Fill an empty spray bottle (about 20ml) with the rose water. Fill to the top leaving about 3cm of space.

  • Next, you’ll need 3 Essential Oils
  1. Lemongrass
  2. Rosemary
  3. Lavender

Place about 5-7 drops of Lemongrass essential oil into your rosewater first. This is the key ingredient that will prevent your hair from falling out. Lemongrass goes straight to your hair’s follicles and restores them, almost gluing them to your scalp. I kid you not I’ve only had about 2 hairs fall out each time I shower since using this remedy.

Lavenderbottle

We won’t be using a base oil in this recipe so that the spray can be applied before and after taking a shower for maximum results without making our hair super oily.

Then place about 2-4 drops of rosemary essential oil in your spray bottle. Rosemary is used mainly for growing hair. There are tons of articles online raving about the results from using rosemary for hair growth! It’s also believed to stop dandruff in its tracks AND prevent hair loss. This is why I decided to combine Rosemary with Lemongrass while testing this mixture. I absolutely LOVE the smell of all these oils and rose water mixed together.

Lastly, put 2-3 drops of Lavender oil in your spray bottle. Lavender, besides preventing stress (a major cause of hair loss), soothes the scalp and amps up blood circulation, promoting hair growth!

  • Screw the cap on your spray bottle (you can get them at any local dollar store or craft store and on amazon.com) and shake the mixture thoroughly.
  • Hold the spray bottle about 1 foot away from your hair and spritz, covering every follicle. Start with the scalp and then spray down to the ends. This should leave your hair slightly moist. So don’t spray too much, just make sure you get at least one spritz on each section of hair, ensuring even distribution.
  • Do not brush your hair afterward, rather lightly comb it with your fingers.

You can apply twice a day, morning and night on wet or dry hair. I’ve also used it for a quick softening effect on dull hair.

You will definitely notice a difference within the first few days, especially if you suffer from hair loss like I do! This has been a lifesaver for me. Plus, it’s always fun to learn more about essential oils and natural remedies, and to work with nature! The way God intended us to [Genesis 2:15]. Have a blessed day And thank you for reading!

7 Teas For Quick And Easy Stress Relief

Teas are one of the longest used and most highly regarded forms of medicine in the world. From China to India, to England and the Americas, tea has become an essential part of everyday life for a great majority of people. There are hundreds of different drinkable herbs and a common benefit that we receive from these herbs is stress relief.
Since stress is such a huge part of the human experience, we often look for ways to alleviate our stresses outside of prayer. While prayer is the most important and only true stress reliever, these 7 teas will help balance out your body’s natural flow, which often gets disrupted due to our lifestyles and is one of the major causes of anxiety.

Morning

Not all teas that help you relax will make you fall asleep. There are some herbs that can be used in the morning as a caffeine-free pick me up or mixed with your favorite breakfast blend to combat caffeine related anxiety.

  1. Chrysanthemum– This wonder flower will lower your blood pressure and speed up your metabolism. It has long been used as a remedy for tired eyes and it’s ability to clear your thinking make chrysanthemum the perfect caffeine-free morning beverage.
  2. Jasmine– The scent of jasmine has been known to immediately calm a person. Jasmine is usually mixed with either green or black tea which makes it the perfect morning enhancement beverage. The jasmine flower can be used alone for a caffeine-free tea, but the scent will stick better to another type of tea leaf.
  3. Ginger & Tumeric– Ginger is a natural stimulant and will perk you up almost instantly and is great for your stomach. Tumeric is great for your digestive system as well and combined with ginger, makes the perfect morning or mid-morning drink.

Mid-Day

  1. Rose- One of the world’s most popular flowers, the rose petal will produce a calming effect, a feeling of peace and serenity within yourself. Be careful not to drink too much as it can have a sedative effect in large doses. With one or two cups, however, you will notice a lift in your spirits. This is why the rose has been called a “mood enhancer”.
  2. Echinacea– Supports immune function and relaxes your body without making you tired, which makes it perfect for a mid-day tea to keep yourself from getting drained in the afternoon.

Evening/Night-Time

  1. Lavender– Lavender is one of the world’s most widely used herbs for combating anxiety and depression. Its scent alone can calm you instantly and greatly reduce any stress you may be feeling. It’s also a powerful sleep aid which is why I would recommend drinking before bed. Especially if you have trouble sleeping due to stress and/or anxiety.
  2. Chamomile– Widely known and utilized as a sleeping aid, chamomile can calm you down and produce floaty-dream-like feelings that will help you fall asleep and melt any stress away from the day. Combine with lavender for the ultimate bed-time tea.

God created these wonderful herbs for us and you will notice an improvement in your life once you start taking simple steps toward a more natural lifestyle. I would like to now thank the LORD for providing me with this knowledge and allowing me to share it in a way that I truly enjoy and I hope you, the reader, has too! Amen and God bless you.

Tips On Shaving Your Eyebrows

God bless you and thank you for watching. Please remember that your self-worth is not based on how “on fleek” your eyebrows are. Be happy within yourself and get close with God before you play around with any “beauty” products. True beauty really is found within, with Jesus.

Aromatherapy Room And Body Mist DIY

All things are made by God, and therefore all plants and essences come from him. He did put different plants for different uses and reasons and that can be verified with the most common story of all, the story of Eve and the tree of knowledge of good and evil [Genesis 3]. So, surely all other plants have their purposes as well.
This knowledge, while not uncommon, seems to leave out (as with most other things being revealed to us nowadays) the aspect of God. Knowing the truth is useless if you ignore the Creator. With this in mind, I wanted to share an at-home remedy for creating your own versatile body/room spray and how using essential oils and things of nature can greatly increase your health and mood as God intended it.

Essential oils are the very essence of the plants that have the most beneficial qualities. They have a long history as an alternative form of medicine, which, makes sense if you remember that each plant has a purpose. Not that ALL plants are to be used for good [Genesis 3:17].

For this simple aromatherapy spray, you can use virtually any essential oil you like. Different oils will have different properties depending on which plant they are derived from. Some good choices/great starter oils are:

  • Lavander- relaxation, respiratory restoration, insect repellant, reduces stress/lessens anxiety.
  • Frankincense- anxiety relief, pain relief, immunity boosting, purifying
  • Eucalyptus- sore throat spray, deodorant, stimulant, decongestant
  • Lemongrass- pain relief, astringent/ heal wounds, deodorant, antifungal

This is just a small list of a few oils and some of their benefits. There are countless others and I encourage you to research different oils and find the best ones for you!

This easy DIY spray is the perfect way to use your oils any time, anywhere. Use it to replace your perfume, air freshener, or as a quick pick-me-up. There are only a few items you will need and making this spray will take about 5 minutes. Before you begin, be sure you have the following items:

  1. A small plastic spray bottle, empty. These can be found at any dollar store or online here. Any size can be used, it depends on your preference and how much you will want to use.
  2. carrier oil such as almond oil.
  3. Essential oil of your choice. My personal favorite brand is Doterra, but there are a ton of brands. Just do your research. I don’t like to limit myself to only one brand. There are also places like farmers markets, where people will sell their own homemade essential oils.
  4. Water.

You can use any size bottle you would like due to the fact that rather than strict measurements, you will fill the spray bottle 1/10th of the way full of the carrier oil. Then add 3-10 drops of essential oil of your choice (the larger the spray bottle the more oil will be needed. Be sure to start with a small amount of essential oil and add more as needed to prevent making the mixture to overpowering). Fill the rest of the spray bottle with water. Screw on the cap and shake the bottle before use. Your homemade aromatherapy room and body spray can be used as little or as often as you like. Use it on your sheets, your body, or as an air freshener. Mix more than one oil together for added benefits, don’t be afraid to experiment and have fun with this!

Here is a quick video where I made this mist using almond oil, water, and French Lavander. Lavander is perfect for using on your sheets and pillows to promote a restful nights sleep and drain any negative energy from a long, stressful day. Use this essential oil for prayer, sleep, and stress relief, it is one of God’s given anti-depressants!

God caused plants to grow for a million different uses and we can benefit greatly if we learn the uses of each plant and depend on ourselves rather than the corporate pharmaceutical industry along with all the other aspects of modern life that have taken us away from God and made us dependant on the creations of man. Thank you so much for reading and have a blessed day! God bless you and your families.

Perfect Daily Skincare Routine

Skincare is the most important thing you do to keep your skin from aging, fight off and prevent acne, and raise your self-confidence.

You don’t have to break the bank to have great skin care products and you might even find that a natural based skin care regime is life-changing in that too many harsh chemicals can actually have an adverse effect your skin.

The first step and most important in your skin care routine is washing your face. You will find that if you use warm water at night you will have a more pleasant and relaxing experience and cold water will help to wake you up and revitalize you in the morning. Make sure you get a great cleanser. I like to use organic products and vegan products as much as possible and my favorite face wash right now is Pacifica Cactus Revive Milk to Foam Face Wash.

Pacifica Cactus Revive Milk To Foam Face Wash

Exfoliation is key since it removes dead skin and you will feel the difference if you use a good Facial Scrubber.

When you’ve rinsed off all of the face wash gently Pat your face dry with a clean towel.

The Next Step in a great modern-day skin care routine is to use a deep cleaning micellar cleansing lotion.

Acti-Labs Micellar Cleansing Lotion

Micellar lotion clears deep within your pores to extract the dirt that you didn’t know that your face wash missed. Honestly, you might think that you’ve cleaned your face well with just washing but try a good micellar lotion and you will never go back, it makes a huge difference. Acti-Labs is a French nutraceutical and cosmeceutical Company. They are cruelty-free and most of their products are vegan-friendly.

While micellar lotion is sometimes used as a toner I prefer to use both micellar lotion and an organic botanical toner. Witch hazel is a perfect toner and you can buy a large bottle of pure witch hazel for very cheap. However, I’ve been using this one lately since it has the added benefit of rose petals. Both witch hazel and rose are perfect for the deep cleaning of skin and to even your skin tone. Rose water is also a great toner due to its anti-aging benefits. I have another article that teaches you how to make rose water at home.

The final step in this versatile morning and night routine is to of course moisturize! It’s best to use an organic paraben-free facial lotion that won’t clog your pores. Coconut oil has been known for its wonderful effects as a moisturizer and for the fact that it won’t clog pores. I don’t like to use just plain coconut oil on my face though so I like to get this Promise Organic Nourishing Coconut Milk Face Lotion With Hibiscus on my dry skin.

Promise Organic Nourishing Coconut Milk Face Lotion With Hibiscus

While all of these other products are ideal for all skin types if you have a more sensitive type of skin you should stick with a fragrance-free moisturizer.

Now you know how to properly cleanse tone and moisturize your face but beauty comes from the inside out. Remember to take care of your inner beauty by making sure you get all of your daily vitamins and minerals and minimize junk food intake (but don’t obsess over it- it’s okay to splurge once in a while.

Most importantly, take care of your inner beauty by meditating with the Lord. You would be surprised the amount of happiness that it will bring you and it will show on your face. This is the most important skin care of all. because it’s more than skin care it’s Soul Care. God bless you all. ✝🙏💕

How To Use Rose Water Daily

Uses, benefits, and how to make.

Rose water has been used for centuries as a means of beautification. You can drink this water to live your life in a dreamy rose like state- drink before bed for rose garden dreams- or use it on your face as a toner.

The first step in creating a rosier life is acquiring the actual rose. You can buy buds, petals or a combination of the two. The red rose is preferred and most easily acquirable. but you can use any color. I typically purchase a 4oz bag of Organic Dried Rose Buds And Petals that will last me about a month.

If you have a rose garden and can spare enough roses to harvest, of course, that’s preferable. Just be sure you don’t use any pesticides on those plants and if you already have, I would not recommend using them (Also, Be sure to dry the petals/buds out if you choose this method).

You can use as much or as little as you would like, though I would recommend 10ml of rose for every 4oz of water. This would be about a cup of rose tea. This is the ideal amount for most uses.

Place the rose buds/petals in a tea infuser strainer. If you don’t have one or can’t afford one and you’re already a coffee drinker, you can use a coffee filter and tie that together using a thread, or if you don’t have any thread, dental floss, with the rose buds/petals inside.

Boil some water and let it cool slightly to just under boiling. Pour water over the strainer and leave for 5 minutes. Shake around strainer in water to ensure all the nutrients are released and remove.

So now that we have our rose water, what to do with it? Well, my favorite thing to do with this amazing extract is to drink it hot as tea. Even when drunk, the rose is said to hold anti-aging properties and has long been used in cosmetics and cleansers. Drinking rose tea can:

  • Enhance your mood
  • Prevent acne
  • Slow down the aging process
  • Improve skin tone/ overall skin health
  • Aid your body as a diuretic
  • Reduce Anxiety

Besides drinking as tea, you can also enjoy your rose water as “rose enhanced water”. You can achieve this by diluting 4oz of rose water that you have made with 12-16oz purified natural water. This is ideal for aiding in hydration with the added benefits of the rose extract.

You can also place your pure rose water in a container and store it for use as a daily toner. Just use a cotton pad to evenly distribute the rose water on your face as you would any other toner. I would suggest using glass for the container to enhance quality but that is often difficult to find in anything other than a mason jar. If you don’t want to use a mason jar, any kind of plastic spray bottle/container will work.

A spray bottle could also be used to spritz your face for a freshening effect and to aid in fighting acne! Rose water has been known to hold anti-fungal properties and to cure eczema. If you suffer from eczema, you can help treat it by using a cotton pad and gently rubbing on the affected area *If you have eczema please see a doctor, these claims have not been evaluated by the FDA*.

There are so many other ways that the rose can be used and this is just a few of them. These methods and daily habits have helped me to live my life in a more rose-like way by inspiring feelings of love and happy thoughts and inducing dream-like feelings of floatiness in my everyday life. Only God could have created such an amazing flower with so many wonderful benefits. It’s because of Him that I’m able to write this article and that the rose itself has these qualities.

God bless you, Amen. ✝️🙏💕
